To register returning students, complete the returning student form and submit to the main office.  

Elementary Admissions

To register new elementary students, complete the elementary packet and submit to the main office.

This packet includes:  1) Elementary New Student Registration Checklist, 2) New Student Application, 3) Student Medical Information Form, 4) Parent Commitment Form, 5) Parent Assessment, and 6) Teacher Assessment

Secondary Admissions

To register new secondary students, complete the secondary packet and submit to the main office
