Build to Equip
BCA currently rents three houses on a residential street for our school facilities. The affordable education that we seek to provide is jeopardized by skyrocketing rental costs. This year alone, rent increased $20,000 bringing the total annual cost to over $100,000—for facilities that are inadequate.
We strongly believe that our new facility will provide for the physical safety of students (who currently cross a busy street between classes), eliminate escalating rental costs and reduce inefficient utilities, provide a securable facility (in response to international safety concerns), help us meet accreditation standards, and allow us to enroll more students.
