With great joy, we are able to report that the exterior of our school building is 99.5% finished - complete with windows and doors. Thanks to the generosity of many, we have reached this phase of construction debt-free! Work is now beginning on the interior.

Update--February 3, 2012

The success of this campaign and a cost-saving move to the interim building have brought us closer to our goal of completing BCA's new home. Interior construction is now underway even as the exterior is being finished. With funds borrowed from private sources, careful management of our budget and additional donations, we can See BCA Through All the Way!

Since early October, we have raised $55,050. God has provided from a wide variety of sources:

• a kindergartner sold jewelry he made and earned $55 for the school
• the 1st/2nd graders sold plants and flowers (raising over $200!) 
• the senior class gave away 90% of the money they raised for senior trip ($3350)
• a BCA family matched the seniors' gift 
• friends and relatives who may have never seen our school
• former and current students and teachers
• many churches have responded to a 1% request ($580), and often exceeded it
• one anonymous gift of $18,000! 
• many more--50+ sources in all
